Villa Phoenix

Our Villa is in a quiet location but just 10 minutes walking distance to Calis Beach and promenade with bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet meals. One of the bathrooms is with jakuzzi. The garden is large enough to offer different places to enjoy.

There is an open plan living area on the ground floor with fully equipped kitchena and dining area. There is a ceining to floor glass door as an entrance from dining area to the swimming pool. There is also a WC bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are two double rooms, a twin room and a large bathroom with jakuzzi. All the rooms are with balcony.

There is an en-suite double room with balcony on the attic floor.
